Shipping and returns
When shopping with the RCH Gratitude Hub, your items will either be posted from the Hub (if RCH Foundation products) or directly from the Auxiliaries themselves. To support this, you may be charged twice for postage if purchasing multiple items.
Standard shipping is $12, or you can also choose to have your item sent express for $16.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to addresses outside of Australia.
Orders are dispatched the next business day via Australia Post. You will receive a dispatch email when your order is on it's way to you!
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it (except for in the case of damage).
To begin the process of a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number or proof of purchase (receipt) if you made your purchase in store.
Once we have received your returned item/s and your item/s are received in an acceptable condition we will begin the process of providing a refund, exchange or store credit. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed back on to your card.
